    Brewing: 6:30 am until 3:30 pm

    Kitchen: 8 am until 2 pm/sold out ( RICE SETS START AT 9AM)

  • On every Tuesday : No Rice set available at the moment

  • We are unable to accept same-day bookings. WALK - INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.

  • During busy times, we do not take phone reservations to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Feel free to visit us, and we will do our best to accommodate you at a table.

    IMPORTANT DINING INFORMATION:

    Preparation & Dining Time

    • Our dishes are prepared to order with care, and some may take a little extra time. If you are in a hurry, we may not be the best fit on this occasion. During busier periods, we kindly allow up to two hours of dining time per table.

    Menu & Dietary Considerations

    • Our menu celebrates meat and fish, alongside soy-based ingredients, miso, and seasonal vegetables. To preserve the balance and safety of our kitchen, we’re unable to accommodate extensive dietary requirements, including vegan and gluten-free requests.

    Cooking Style & Service

    • Our Asagohan and Yakitori are cooked over a hibachi using Kishu Binchōtan. Please allow 25–35 minutes for these dishes to be prepared with care.

    The Traditional Rice Set is served from 9:00 am, featuring daily selections guided by seasonal availability. As our menu changes with what is freshest each day, some items may occasionally be unavailable, we’ll be happy to suggest an alternative.

    Dining Etiquette

    • All dishes are served as soon as they are ready. In keeping with the spirit of our cuisine, we do not provide takeaway containers for unfinished food.

    • For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that children remain seated during service and that filming or moving around the space is kept to a minimum. Our team carries hot dishes throughout the dining area, and we appreciate your understanding.

    • We also kindly ask that mobile phone conversations be kept quiet, in consideration of fellow guests.

    Courtesy & Payment

    • Please note that we are unable to split bills. A 10% weekend surcharge and 15% public holiday surcharge apply.
